STROOM

Process · Three stages

Visit. Three designs.
Live.

The order exists so the money moves last — you see the direction working before a figure is agreed, which is the opposite way round to almost everyone selling you a website.

01

Visit

STROOM comes to the business, or you write. There will be a phone number too.

What happens
A visit at the shop, the van, or the kitchen. Or a few sentences by email. Call when the number is on the contact page.
What you say
What the business does, who buys from it, and the one thing the website has to make happen.
What it costs
Nothing. There is no setup fee. Nothing is invoiced if you look at the designs and walk away.

02

Three designs

Real pages come back. You pick one. Then the month starts.

What you get
Three finished directions with your words and photos in them, about a week later.
What you pay
Static is NZ$29.99 a month, only after you have chosen. Dynamic and Shop will have their own figures, written down first.
What you can stop
Whenever you want. No membership. No minimum term. The site is yours to take.

03

Live

Published, checked, and kept inside the care that was agreed.

Published
The preview becomes the site at an agreed date, not a surprise one.
Checked
Headings, contrast, keyboard order and links, before the switch and not after it.
Maintained
Static includes three changes a month. Dynamic includes five. Extra changes are NZ$5. Inside twenty hours a week, shared across every subscriber.

Deliberately not in the preview.

Real payments
A preview never takes money. Card details cannot reach something still being decided.
Production integrations
No live customer data passes through a preview — the connection is made at 02, in writing.
Backends
Nothing writes to a real database until scope is agreed, so a preview cannot damage what already works.

The visit costs nothing.
Start there.

Three sentences is enough: what the business does, who buys from it, and the one action the site has to create.
