Work · four projects
Four things built.
None of them public.
Four different reasons, and no two of them the same. Taste Studio waits on a passing build and lint check. House Painter waits on resource limits. Pentest Plus waits on confirmed content rights. Signal Scout waits on production paths being stripped from its reports.
A token-driven design system for food and hospitality brands, built as a repeatable workflow rather than a one-off layout.
An original colour-matching tool that reads a photograph of a New Zealand house and returns usable paint values.
A deployed security-study interface with offline support, written while sitting the Certified Ethical Hacker syllabus.
A scheduled pipeline that collects, scores and reports without supervision, running on a VPS since June.
What public-ready requires.
Four tests. A project passes all four or it stays on this page. Every one of them is about what publishing would expose — none of them is about whether the build is finished, because all four builds are.
- Permission
- Written permission from whoever owns the material on screen. A build being finished is not permission to publish it.
- Secrets
- No keys, no hostnames, no server paths. Signal Scout reports name the machine that generated them — that is what "until production paths are stripped" means.
- Licence
- The right to republish what is visible. Pentest Plus renders Certified Ethical Hacker syllabus material STROOM did not write, so its screens wait on confirmed content rights.
- Demo safety
- A demo that cannot be pointed at anything real. House Painter takes an uploaded photograph and has no ceiling on image size or processing time, so it stays behind the line until it does.
One person, twenty hours a week, in Auckland. Being judged on four write-ups instead of four screenshots is the deal on offer.
